How much money should I take for a 10 day vacation to London?

I will be visiting London, England in January and I will be staying with a friend. I was curious about how much money I should take. This will be my second time to visit London. So, I have already been on the London Eye, seen other famous attractions, and gone on bus tours. My friend and I do not consume alcohol, so I will not be spending any money at pubs. I plan to cook some meals (so that means I will have to buy some food to cook). However, I do want to eat an occasional meal at a nice restaurant.

Borrowing money? If I let someone borrow money what is the best way to ensure that I get my money back?

I have let people borrow money in the past, usually or , but now a close friend wants to borrow rather a huge amount of money about 00. If I let them borrow it what paperwork do I need to have to ensure that I will get my money back? Or is it a risk I will have to take?

If you have a mortgage, who is responsible for filing a Homestead and mortgage exemption?

Posted by Chrisstenson Ford 21 December, 2009 (0) Comment

The taxes in our area when up drastically. My friend asked me to review his tax bill and I noticed he did not have a Homestead or Mortgage exemption. He has a 30 year mortgage on the property and it is his only & primary residence. He’s had the mortgage for five years. Is there a way for him to recoupe some of those taxes because he didn’t have those exemptions. Is his mortgage company responsible?
What about the back money that is owed to him because the county was over charging because he did not have those exemptions for 5 years
